Our approach to healthy modern cuisine is based on a belief in balance, moderation and variety.
Our regularly changing seasonal menus focus on

- Use of portion control to ensure balance throughout an entire 3 course menu.
- Ensuring our cuisine includes complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fibre.
- Using a wide variety of fresh seasonal ingredients to create exciting modern dishes that are flavoursome, nutritious and allow the ingredient's natural flavours to speak for themselves.
- It is a simple philosophy that takes into account the different dietary needs of individuals and we keep a check on calorific levels through careful use of menu planning, dish components, preparation methods and cooking techniques.

Our regularly changing menus offer a variety of tempting dishes created by the head chef, using the principles of good nutrition. This way we can be sure that all the food groups are represented creating a well- balanced and healthy diet.
Using fresh seasonal ingredients we aim to create delicious, healthy, contemporary dishes that are a feast for the eyes as well as a pleasure for the palette.
