Oak smoked salmon, potato and chive salad, torn mixed leaves, lemon dressing

Pork, black pudding and bacon terrine, torn mixed leaves, apple and raisin chutney

Three hour braised shank of lamb, roasted garlic mash, spiced confit red cabbage, rosemary and thyme red wine jus

Pan roasted fillet of grey mullet, char grilled sweet potato, provencale sautéed courgettes, sauce vierge, rocket pesto

Pan roasted chicken breast, dauphinoise potato cake, roasted butternut squash, rosemary and garlic red wine jus

Mixed wild mushroom, spinach and puy lentil cannelloni, tomato and basil sauce, shaved parmesan, pumpkin seed pesto

Slow roasted crispy confit belly of pork spring onion champ, honey glazed carrots, apple puree, crackling, sage red wine jus

Pan seared fillet of hake, tarragon risotto, sautéed wild mushrooms, smoked salmon and chive white wine cream reduction
